The Business Development Representative will be expected to stimulate census growth, build relationships with current and potential referral sources by educating the referral community on the benefits of the facility’s programs, research new business opportunities, attract new clients, and penetrate new markets.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Outreach to other treatment facilities and community recovery verticals to build awareness of program
- Build new relationships and onboard new referral accounts
- Verify potential client benefits
- Work directly with Admissions Director and Manager in finalizing admission of all leads
- Build marketing plan
Follow potential clients through the admission process
- Complete VOB and financial verification
- Complete clinical pre-assessment calls
- Organize admission details
- Work directly with the clinical and medical teams
- Build relationships with client’s and their families and show unwavering support through the recovery process
- Always conduct self in extremely professional capacity
